The location of the property was great, with easy access to public transportation and various restaurants in the area. It was convenient to catch the trolley on St. Charles Ave and explore the city. The beds and couches were comfortable and provided ample space for our group of seven.
The cleanliness of the condo was subpar, with dirty doors, baseboards, and loose floor tiles throughout. Additionally, the outdoor lighting was insufficient, which made navigating the area at night difficult.

I recently stayed at a lovely 4Br City Condo in a great location just steps away from St Charles Ave. The space was very good and provided plenty of room for our group. The open living area was especially appealing, allowing for easy accessibility throughout the condo. The beds were comfortable and the couches were able to accommodate all seven of us comfortably. We appreciated the convenience of having a Walgreens nearby and being able to catch the trolley easily. Additionally, it was great to have the option to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. I would recommend this establishment.
While the location was convenient, the neighborhood did have a few drawbacks such as homeless people sleeping around. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues that could have been improved.

The spaciousness of the apartment was a plus, along with its location. It provided enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The apartment was also in a convenient spot, close enough to easily access popular attractions and amenities. Another advantage was the modern and beautiful decor, which made us feel right at home.
We encountered a gnat problem, and the couches had hair on them, including what appeared to be animal hair. The mattresses were also uncomfortably hard.

The size of the apartment was amazing, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and not feel cramped. We loved that we could cook our own meals and enjoy family dinners together. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a few restaurants within walking distance. Having a store nearby was also a plus, as we could easily grab any necessities we needed during our stay.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The lack of TVs in the bedrooms was a bit disappointing, as we enjoy watching movies and shows before bed.
